Data Engineer - Azure & Snowflake
Job Summary
As a Data Engineer - Azure Data Factory & Snowflake, the full-time hybrid position will design, build, and support cloud data pipelines that ingest data from multiple source systems into Snowflake, collaborating with data architects and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and orchestrate ingestion and transformation pipelines in Azure Data Factory
- Develop and optimize Snowflake objects, including databases, schemas, and stored procedures
- Implement CI/CD for ADF and Snowflake, including monitoring and data quality checks
Required qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and Snowflake (4+ years)
- Advanced SQL and data warehousing concepts, including dimensional modeling
- Working knowledge of Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 and Azure SQL Database
- Experience with Python or PySpark for data processing
- Understanding of performance tuning and data security practices
