Data Engineer for AI/ML

Job Summary

To support the development of intelligent features, the full-time remote Data Engineer for AI/ML will build, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines, ensuring high-quality datasets for machine learning models while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for feature extraction and model monitoring
• Monitor production data pipelines, identify issues, and implement improvements for data quality and reliability
• Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers to support MLOps best practices and translate business requirements into data solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with production data pipelines supporting analytics or machine learning workloads
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in modern data processing technologies like Spark and Airflow
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
• Understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and governance best practices
