Data Engineer I

Job Summary

To support clinical and operational workflows, the full-time remote Data Engineer I will design and develop data-centric applications, build scalable data pipelines, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring the reliability and security of the enterprise data platform.

Key responsibilities

• Automate and monitor batch/streaming ELT/ETL pipelines across cloud services and Snowflake
• Triaging failures, performing root-cause analyses, and continuously reducing mean time to recovery (MTTR)
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams, documenting procedures and providing on-call support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 1 or more years of experience with Snowflake, CTRL-M, and ADF
• Strong SQL skills along with hands-on experience in Python and shell scripting on Linux
• Experience with cloud computing and data warehousing on relational platforms
• Solid understanding of OLAP/dimensional modeling and RDBMS fundamentals
