Data Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data platforms for data integrations, ensuring data access, security, and governance
• Source, compile, and analyze data for accuracy and efficiencies, communicating findings effectively
• Test systems for new software installations and modifications, providing technical support to business units

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in application software programming or a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of experience
• Experience with data lakes, data platforms, and data warehousing
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language, such as Python
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, particularly Snowflake and AWS
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools and data modeling practices
