Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and workflows for data collection and transformation
Analyze healthcare claims data to identify patterns, trends, and insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare administration, data science, statistics, or equivalent work experience preferred
5+ years of experience in SQL
5+ years of experience as a data analyst in the healthcare industry, preferably in claims
Deep knowledge of health data, claims processing, and claims data analytics
Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
