Data Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer II to build and maintain data pipelines and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement best practices around software development and big data engineering
• Develop and implement robust and scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and AWS cloud solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and productionize new data ingestions and analytic workloads

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical/analytical field or relevant work experience
• 3+ years of experience in IT roles such as developer, engineer, or data analyst
• Experience in developing solutions using Python and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Functional knowledge of relational databases and query authoring (SQL)
• Experience with ETL design and implementation using tools like Apache Airflow or Informatica
