Data Engineer II

Job Summary

To support data integration and analytics initiatives, the full-time remote Data Engineer II will configure and maintain AVEVA PI systems, develop data pipelines using BigQuery and SQL, and create dashboards in Tableau.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and administer AVEVA PI systems and develop integrations with external systems
• Create data pipelines and queries using BigQuery and SQL, and develop dashboards and reporting in Tableau
• Support IBM Maximo administration and validation activities, including test script execution and defect analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 2-5 years of related experience or a Master's degree with 0-2 years of equivalent experience
• Experience with AVEVA PI, SQL, and database management
• Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and OPC UA
• Knowledge of GxP-regulated environments and validation processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of hardware/software platforms
