Data Engineer II

Job Summary

To support data integration and analysis efforts, the full-time remote Data Engineer II will configure AVEVA PI systems, develop data pipelines using BigQuery and SQL, and create dashboards in Tableau while providing 24/7 support as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and administer AVEVA PI systems and develop integrations with external systems
• Create data pipelines and queries using BigQuery and SQL, and develop dashboards and reporting in Tableau
• Assist in project delivery, requirements gathering, and support validation activities including test script execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 2-5 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 0-2 years of equivalent experience
• Experience with AVEVA PI and SQL databases
• Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and OPC UA
• Knowledge of IBM Maximo and GxP-regulated environments
• Experience with validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ or UAT)
