Data Engineer II

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative health technology, the remote full-time Data Engineer II will configure and maintain AVEVA PI systems, develop data pipelines using BigQuery and SQL, and create dashboards in Tableau while providing 24/7 support as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and administer AVEVA PI systems and develop integrations with external systems
• Create data pipelines and queries, and develop dashboards and reporting in Tableau
• Assist in project delivery, requirements gathering, and validation activities in GxP environments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 2-5 years of related experience or a Master's degree with 0-2 years of equivalent experience
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management
• Familiarity with AVEVA PI and IBM Maximo
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and OPC UA
• Knowledge of GxP regulations and validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ or UAT)
