Data Engineer II

Job Summary

To support data management and integration efforts, the full-time remote Data Engineer II will configure and maintain AVEVA PI systems, develop data pipelines using BigQuery and SQL, and create dashboards in Tableau while assisting with project delivery and validation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and administer AVEVA PI systems and develop integrations with external systems
• Develop data pipelines and queries using BigQuery and SQL, and create dashboards and reporting in Tableau
• Support IBM Maximo administration and assist in project delivery, requirements gathering, and validation activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 2-5 years of related experience or a Master's degree with 0-2 years of equivalent experience
• Experience with AVEVA PI, SQL, and database management
• Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and OPC UA
• Experience in GxP-regulated environments and validation processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of hardware/software platforms
