Data Engineer II

Job Summary

To support data integration and analytics, the remote full-time Data Engineer II will configure and maintain AVEVA PI systems, develop data pipelines using BigQuery and SQL, and create dashboards in Tableau while providing 24/7 support as required.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and administer AVEVA PI systems and develop integrations with external systems
• Create data pipelines and queries using BigQuery and SQL, and generate dashboards in Tableau
• Support IBM Maximo administration and assist in project delivery, including requirements gathering and user story creation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 0-2 years of experience
• Experience with SQL and database management
• Familiarity with AVEVA PI and industrial automation systems
• Knowledge of GxP-regulated environments and validation processes
