Data Engineer II

Job Summary

To support data integration and system administration, the full-time remote Data Engineer II will configure and maintain AVEVA PI systems, develop data pipelines using BigQuery and SQL, and create dashboards in Tableau.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and administer AVEVA PI systems and develop integrations with external systems
• Create data pipelines and queries using BigQuery and SQL, and design dashboards in Tableau
• Support IBM Maximo administration and assist in project delivery, including requirements gathering and user story creation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 2-5 years of related experience or a Master's degree with 0-2 years of equivalent experience
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management
• Familiarity with AVEVA PI and industrial automation systems
• Experience in GxP-regulated environments
• Knowledge of validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ or UAT)
