Data Engineer II

Job Summary

To support complex business and manufacturing challenges, the full-time remote Data Engineer II will configure and maintain AVEVA PI systems, develop data pipelines using BigQuery and SQL, and create dashboards in Tableau.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and administer AVEVA PI systems while developing integrations with external systems
• Create data pipelines and queries, and generate dashboards and reports using BigQuery, SQL, and Tableau
• Assist in project delivery, requirements gathering, and validation activities in GxP-regulated environments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 2-5 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 0-2 years of equivalent experience
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management
• Familiarity with AVEVA PI and industrial automation platforms
• Experience in GxP-regulated environments and validation processes
• Knowledge of IBM Maximo and integration with PLCs and OPC UA
