Data Engineer III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer III.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and develops data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources into the data ecosystem
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure data infrastructure supports data-driven initiatives and enterprise decision-making
• Writes complex SQL queries and creates error handling and logging processes in the data environments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering operational data stores, preferably in the financial services industry
• Experience creating and modifying SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages or Azure Data Pipelines
• Prior experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes
