Data Engineer Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain data pipelines at big data scale
• Implement parsers, validators, transformers, and correlators to enhance data quality
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to drive engineering innovation and adhere to technical standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field plus 7 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 5 years of experience
• Experience with data analysis, agile and devops practices, and high-volume data tools (e.g., Spark, Kafka)
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL storage tools (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
• Extensive knowledge in data engineering, machine learning frameworks, and large-scale system design
• Strong understanding of the transportation industry and experience in leadership roles
