Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team in driving the adoption and impact of the enterprise Python platform, PyGressive
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure customer success and shape the platform's future direction
• Support the modernization strategy by enabling advanced analytics and empowering teams to build data-driven solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology or related field, or six years of relevant work experience in software design and programming
• Minimum of five years of experience in designing, programming, and supporting software applications
• Deep expertise in Python and Linux shell scripting
• Experience with tools for analytics, AI/ML, and automation
• Demonstrated leadership in platform engineering and driving adoption across teams
