Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data/Backend Engineer Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project success by collaborating cross-functionally to define requirements and ensure successful delivery of complex data projects
• Optimize and enhance existing data applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Lead data projects end-to-end, providing technical guidance and mentoring junior engineers

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in data or backend engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of data/backend engineers
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python
• Solid knowledge of backend engineering principles and API development
• Practical experience with AWS services and Snowflake for data warehousing
