Data Engineer Lead

Job Summary

Leading the Responsible AI team, the full-time remote Data Engineer Lead will design, build, and manage the enterprise Responsible AI platform, focusing on data governance, monitoring, and infrastructure for AI/ML solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop the data architecture and pipelines for Responsible AI governance and monitoring
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enable scalable AI capabilities and ensure compliance in model governance
• Support the implementation of data and technical architecture for oversight of AI models across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field, or six years of relevant work experience in software design and programming
• Minimum of five years of experience in designing, programming, and supporting software applications
• Advanced programming experience in Python
• Experience with on-prem infrastructure and public cloud technologies
• Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration frameworks and AI/ML model development
