Data Engineer Lead
Job Summary
Serving as a strategic technology partner for the Commercial Lines Technology Group, the full-time remote Data Engineer Lead will define and integrate data and AI capabilities, develop data-driven solutions, and guide implementation strategies to enhance business value.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and technology teams to design modern data architectures and incorporate AI capabilities into applications
- Evaluate solution approaches and identify opportunities for advanced analytics and intelligent applications
- Champion best practices for data management and responsible AI adoption while influencing technical direction and alignment across teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology or related field, or a minimum of six years of relevant work experience in software design and support
- Experience designing and implementing modern data architectures and enterprise data platforms
- Strong understanding of AI-ready data foundations and responsible AI practices
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications and business processes
- Ability to define enterprise data and AI strategies while balancing business needs and technical constraints
