Data Engineer - Machine Learning

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Data Engineer - Machine Learning will deploy and maintain innovative AI/ML solutions, build data pipelines, and support the operationalization of machine learning models to enhance customer experience services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines to support data science models and machine learning applications
• Deploy and operationalize machine learning models, ensuring efficient access to multiple data sources
• Research and implement advancements in AI and data technologies to drive generative and agentic AI applications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field, or two years of relevant work experience in software design and programming
• Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS (EC2, S3, etc.) and Openshift
• Proficiency in Linux, Python, SQL, and API development using Flask
• Ability to understand business goals and utilize AI/ML models effectively
• Self-motivated with a capacity to recommend and implement new tools and technologies as needed
