Data Engineer MongoDB

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Engineer (MongoDB) for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain current MongoDB implementation and guide future expansion
• Work with engineers to run daily scripts, monitor indexes, and performance
• Establish practices and influence architecture for new data technologies

Required Qualifications:

• Experience designing and maintaining MongoDB solutions
• Working knowledge of MongoDB Atlas and specific tools
• At least 5 years working with MongoDB and another no-SQL data store
• Ability to mentor other engineers and build communities of practice around data
• Prior experience with data lakes and ML model data is a plus
