Job Summary

Data Engineer - People Analytics is a full-time remote position focused on building and maintaining the People Data Hub to support HR reporting and analytics through data engineering and ingestion, analytics engineering, and collaboration with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated data ingestion pipelines from HR systems
• Build and optimize analytics-ready data models and Power BI datasets
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data governance and reliability

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data pipeline development
• Strong SQL expertise and experience with relational and analytical data models
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and modern data platforms
• Proven ability to design analytics-ready data models
• Experience with sensitive data and documentation of data processes
