Job Summary
To support a growing technology team, the full-time remote Data Engineer (PostgreSQL DBA) will install, configure, and maintain PostgreSQL databases while managing database availability and performance in production and non-production environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain PostgreSQL databases, ensuring high availability and performance
- Monitor database health, performance, and security, proactively resolving issues and managing user access
- Leverage AI tools to enhance database operations and streamline workflows, driving continuous improvement
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3+ years of experience as a PostgreSQL Infrastructure DBA in a large-scale enterprise environment
- 2+ years of experience working with public cloud environments
