Data Engineer QA Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer / QA Analyst to build and safeguard cloud-native data pipelines and quality frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain cloud-native data pipelines, ingesting and transforming datasets using AWS services
• Implement automated test suites and embed them in the CI/CD pipeline for every build
• Monitor production health and collaborate with teams to refine data models and release plans

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in data engineering, QA automation, or related roles, with 2+ years on cloud-hosted systems
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a similar discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on experience building ETL/ELT pipelines on AWS with Python, SQL, or PySpark
• Proven ability to design and run automated test suites integrated into CI/CD workflows
• Experience with monitoring pipeline health and application performance using logging and alerting tools
