Data Engineer (Snowflake)

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake) will design and build Snowflake-based data pipelines and Python applications to support healthcare claims processing and internal workflow tools while translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Develop and maintain data-driven applications using Python/Streamlit
• Create workflows that support internal teams by integrating real-time data access for 300-400 users

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering with expertise in Snowflake development
• Proven experience in Python scripting for ETL, automation, and pipeline development
• Excellent SQL skills with the ability to create complex queries and table joins
• Experience designing and delivering MVPs based on business requirements
• Ability to develop and deliver solutions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
