Data Engineer with AWS Focus

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid/Senior Data Engineer with an AWS focus for MongoDB migration and ingestion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute phased migration from PostgreSQL/MySQL to MongoDB, including data modeling and validation
• Own product data ingestion by capturing form fills and metadata through APIs, defining schemas, and ensuring safe data loads
• Enable Power BI datasets and implement data quality and observability practices

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of data engineering experience with at least 3 years in MongoDB and PostgreSQL/MySQL
• Proven experience in relational to NoSQL database migration in production environments
• Hands-on experience with data ingestion methods such as webhooks, streaming, and batch processing
• Strong skills in Power BI, including models and DAX
• Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL, along with experience in Git/CI/CD
