Data Engineer with Clearance

Job Summary

To support a critical Army mission, the full-time Data Engineer with Clearance will build automated data flows, identify redundancies, and develop strategic data models to transform complex technical data into actionable insights for senior leadership, working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automated workflows for cross-system data flow and visualize critical interdependencies
• Analyze large datasets to identify and eliminate redundant requirements, driving operational efficiency
• Develop data models for "what-if" scenario planning and ensure traceability of requirements from mission goals to technical implementation

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or systems engineering, preferably in a Department of War or Army environment
• Advanced experience with data integration tools and languages such as Python and SQL
• Proven ability to perform complex data mapping and identify interdependencies in a "system-of-systems" architecture
• Exceptional strategic communication skills to present technical data to non-technical executive audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical field
