Job Summary
Bringing Databricks development expertise, the full-time remote Data Engineer will manage data engineering tasks including building and maintaining pipelines for audience segments, collaborating with Data Science partners, and ensuring high-quality code and data observability.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement data engineering solutions, including tables, views, and orchestration within the Databricks environment
- Build and maintain data pipelines for delivering syndicated and custom audience segments based on survey and ML-driven methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional specifications and maintain a high-quality codebase
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering with strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Spark
- 2+ years of experience with Databricks, including Jobs & Workflows, Notebooks, and Delta Lake
- Strong foundation in database design, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience using AI coding assistants in modern engineering workflows
