Data Engineer with OMOP Certification
Job Summary
To support healthcare analytics initiatives, the full-time remote Data Engineer with OMOP Certification will design, deploy, and maintain data integration solutions while collaborating with teams to ensure data quality and transformation in accordance with the OMOP Common Data Model.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement data acquisition and integration solutions from various healthcare systems
- Develop SQL coding assets and support data transformation processes adhering to technical standards
- Conduct data testing and validation, providing training materials and mentoring to junior team members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience with enterprise data and cloud technologies
- At least 2 relevant certifications from a specified list, including SQL and cloud-related certifications
- Experience in data profiling and data quality analysis preferred
- Familiarity with software development concepts such as CI/CD and REST interfaces
