Data Engineer with Power BI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer (Power BI and Fabric) for a fully remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations based on business requirements
• Build efficient data models using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric components while optimizing datasets and report performance
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance, while troubleshooting issues related to datasets and report performance

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar analytics role
• Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Engineering, and Dataflows Gen2
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience with large datasets
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
