Data Engineer with Security Clearance

Job Summary

To support a U.S. Special Operations Command mission partner, the full-time Data Engineer with Security Clearance will design, secure, and maintain enterprise data pipelines and platforms, enabling predictive analytics and machine learning while collaborating within a cross-functional team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data ingestion and transformation
• Convert historical and operational data into machine-learning-ready formats for various analytical use cases
• Implement data quality controls and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide clean datasets for model training and deployment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering, or a related technical field
• Five or more years of experience in designing and developing data pipelines and platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data transformation and automation
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and database architecture across various technologies
• Active SECRET security clearance
