Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of secure, scalable, and high-performance data systems
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of data engineers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least five years in a leadership role
• Strong experience with data architectures and ETL processes
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and data processing frameworks (Spark, Kafka, Databricks)
• Strong experience with ETL/ELT tools and orchestration frameworks
