Data Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer Lead to empower data-driven decision-making within the Personal Lines Media Data Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement real-time APIs, scalable data pipelines, and cloud-based infrastructure
• Lead projects from inception to delivery while mentoring team members and fostering innovation
• Optimize advertising campaigns and deploy predictive analytics to support business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology or related field, or six years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of five years of experience in designing, programming, and supporting software applications
• Extensive experience with Python, AWS Cloud services, and data pipeline development
• Experience with machine learning model deployment and real-time data streaming platforms
• Solid background in Linux systems, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
