Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineering Lead to design, develop, and optimize their data platform while leading a team of data engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Design and supervise the implementation of data pipelines using Azure Databricks and PySpark
Mentor a team of data engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
Develop high-performance schemas in PostgreSQL and optimize complex SQL queries

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering
3+ years as a technical Lead managing an agile team
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Expert-level experience with Azure Databricks and advanced proficiency in PySpark
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and building scalable ETL pipelines
