Data Engineering Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Data Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the data engineering team to build data products that support product strategy and decision-making
• Shape technical strategy and data architecture while partnering with IT, analytics, and data science teams
• Oversee the development and implementation of data solutions for reporting, analytics, and machine learning workloads

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in building and scaling data teams with a focus on data strategy and architecture
• 10+ years of experience leading data engineering teams and managing multiple engineering managers
• 10+ years of experience delivering data and analytics solutions for product teams
• Graduate degree in Computer Science or a similar field
• Experience building Microservices and RESTful APIs, and implementing DevOps best practices within data platforms
