Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Data Engineering to lead a team responsible for building and maintaining core data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, mentor, and motivate data engineers while fostering their professional growth
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to shape the data roadmap and align it with company goals
• Design and develop scalable data pipelines and ensure high-quality data architecture

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of software or data engineering experience, including 1.5+ years in an engineering management role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; MS or PhD is a plus
• Proven experience in designing and operating scalable, secure, and cost-efficient data infrastructure
• Strong experience with data orchestration and transformation tools such as Airflow and DBT
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift
