Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of data engineering experience, including leadership roles
• Experience in the healthcare industry with clinical or billing/claims data
• Proficiency in SQL, ELT processes, and data orchestration tools like dbt and Airflow
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
