Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Data Engineering to lead data solutions in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of data engineers to build scalable and secure data solutions
Oversee the development and maintenance of the enterprise data warehouse and data lake
Design and optimize data pipelines using Azure Databricks and other Azure data services

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of experience in data engineering, with 2+ years in a leadership role
Strong background in SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT development
Hands-on expertise with Azure Databricks and Azure cloud architecture
Familiarity with healthcare data formats and standards, such as HL7 and FHIR
