• Develop and execute a comprehensive Data strategy aligned with business objectives
• Manage and mentor the Data team, ensuring accountability and fostering collaboration
• Oversee the planning and implementation of Data infrastructure and lead Data projects

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, with 4 years in a managerial role
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Data Engineering or Computer Science
• Unimpeachable technical knowledge in Data Engineering and Architecture
• Strong experience with data infrastructure technologies and proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with AWS cloud platform and a deep understanding of data architecture
