Data Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineering Manager to oversee data engineering initiatives and lead a team in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the enterprise data management roadmap and monitor project progress
• Oversee the management of data engineering applications and ensure alignment with business goals
• Establish processes for Agile delivery management and provide technical leadership to the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Ten years of experience in developing and deploying scalable enterprise data integration solutions
• At least five years of experience overseeing project deliverables within a data engineering function
• Prior experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience in a cloud-based data environment (AWS, Snowflake) preferred
