Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Data Engineering to lead the development and operation of its data platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead migration from multiple warehouses to a unified Snowflake environment
• Design and operate scalable data pipelines supporting large-scale analytics and AI/ML
• Hire, mentor, and develop a small, high-performing data team

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering with a proven track record of consolidating disparate systems
• Experience managing petabyte-scale data infrastructure
• 5+ years of experience supporting AI/ML initiatives
• Proven leadership experience with a player-coach mentality
