Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development and data solution development
• 2+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in remote or hybrid environments
• Proven expertise in designing and operating large-scale ETL/ELT data pipelines
• Strong understanding of data warehouse architecture and change data capture (CDC) patterns
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS data services
