Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Modern Data Platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership of a data engineering team
• Preferred advanced certifications in cloud data engineering or specialized platforms
