Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineering Manager to lead their Data Engineering and Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Data Engineering team, providing mentorship and support for professional development
• Design, implement, and maintain data products using modern technologies like Python, SQL, and Airflow
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies and drive improvements in data processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or in a technical data role
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience, including hiring and performance management
• Extensive experience with SQL and data engineering tools such as BigQuery and Airflow
