Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Data Engineering to oversee the data platform and mentor a team of data engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the design and development of software and processes for efficient data pipelines
• Translate technical business goals into designs and guide the technical direction of the data engineering team
• Oversee planning, prioritization, and execution of data production projects and ensure high-quality data product delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Agile Software Development and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with ETL processes and SQL programming
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases and cloud-based data processes
• Experience in data governance, quality management, and business intelligence analytics
