Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and manage ETL/ELT processes in Snowflake
• Develop and maintain data models that reflect business processes and ensure data correctness
• Lead a team of data engineers, overseeing daily operations and fostering a collaborative environment

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, including 3-4 years in a management role
• Proven experience building and scaling data pipelines in a cloud-native environment
• Expertise in ETL/ELT design patterns, data modeling, and distributed data systems
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in orchestration tools
• Hands-on expertise with Snowflake and experience implementing data governance programs
