Data Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineering Manager to lead their data engineering function and oversee the migration to Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers while driving the data engineering roadmap
• Oversee the design, build, and maintenance of data pipelines and models across Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric
• Implement best practices for CI/CD and monitor data refreshes and performance issues

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and advanced proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
• Understanding of financial data structures and analytics needs
