Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, ensuring their professional growth and development
• Advocate for improvements in data quality, security, and performance while managing project deliverables
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine data engineering roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering experience
• Experience in leadership and project initiation
• Expertise in at least one backend programming language, preferably Python
• Familiarity with ETL processes and managing large datasets
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake
