Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Data Engineering & Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of data and architectural engineers, ensuring workforce planning and performance management
• Provide architectural direction for data platforms, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and optimizing data pipelines
• Oversee strategic data initiatives, promoting Agile practices and ensuring alignment with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related technical roles
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or people management capacity
• Strong background in SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT development
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Azure cloud architecture
