Job Summary

Data Engineering Manager, responsible for developing innovative analytic solutions and managing a high-performing analytics team, working full-time and remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative analytics solutions to inform strategic decision making
• Partner with operational teams on analytics initiatives and process improvements
• Support data governance and quality workstreams to ensure reliable analytics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in reporting and analysis, with 3+ years in a corporate setting
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI or other advanced analytical tools
• 2+ years of business analysis and business intelligence development experience in Healthcare Services
• 2+ years of experience soliciting requirements and building business intelligence solutions
• Working knowledge of system development life cycle concepts and Agile methodology
